當(dāng)我第一次開始對外貿(mào)易時,覺得做外貿(mào)真的沒有那么困難。當(dāng)我我發(fā)現(xiàn)離開公司和平臺后,我不知道如何獨立開發(fā)新客戶。雖然我有兩年多的外貿(mào)經(jīng)驗,但我實際上是公司平臺帶來的客戶。充其量,我是一個有兩年多外貿(mào)經(jīng)驗

當(dāng)你離開現(xiàn)在的公司,你的百萬業(yè)務(wù)量還能保持嗎?

我剛開始做外貿(mào)的時候,是在工貿(mào)一體的公司上班。當(dāng)時公司有展會,有阿里,有環(huán)球資源,有中國制造等平臺,那時候做外貿(mào)真的沒感覺有多難,每天從不同平臺來的客戶,就接不完。

也可能是因為當(dāng)時外貿(mào)大環(huán)境是很友好的,在同一個辦公室的外貿(mào)姑娘們都有訂單,相處也是很融洽的,辦公室氛圍特別好。正因為如此,我們都沒有危機意識,安之樂之,每天都是談客戶,接單,下單,跟進。實際上做久了就會有點麻木,也不會去思考,每天就按部就班地工作,就是拿工資提成,也沒有太多其他的想法。

后來由于生孩子,公司又搬去別的地區(qū),不得不離開原來公司,當(dāng)時也沒有帶走任何前公司的資料和客戶信息。這個時候才發(fā)現(xiàn)自己離開了公司和平臺后,根本不懂得如何自主地去開發(fā)新客戶,雖然有兩年多的外貿(mào)經(jīng)驗,實際上都是公司的平臺帶來的客戶,自己此時充其量就是一個有兩年多外貿(mào)經(jīng)歷的小白!

今天想跟做外貿(mào)的小伙伴說:其實無論你能做多少業(yè)績,幾百萬,幾千萬甚至上億。大家一定要盡早思考一個問題:多問問自己接到的這些訂單,客戶到底是因為公司而來還是因為你個人?

假如某一天,你離開了這個公司,離開公司提供的這些平臺,你能否過得比現(xiàn)在好?你是否有東山再起的能力?

你只有盡早開始考慮這些問題,才會對自己的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃有個更好的規(guī)劃,如果你已經(jīng)意識到現(xiàn)在所擁有的一切都是依靠公司的平臺得來的,那你就要開始努力了,思考一下有什么辦法可以提高你的人格魅力,有什么辦法能夠提高自身的競爭力,能夠讓客戶可以不因為公司的平臺而跟你綁定在一起。哪些能力欠缺的,及早去發(fā)現(xiàn),及早去實踐,不要等到突然發(fā)生的變故變得措手不及。
