從今年3月份以來，遭受亞馬遜二審的痛楚的賣家朋友可謂苦不堪言呀。

因此，本文特意整理了相關(guān)的解決對策，希望對各位朋友有所幫助。

目前亞馬遜審核比較緩慢，大家要耐心等候，一般1個多星期/2個星期左右才得出審核結(jié)果都算是正常的了。

在收到了疑似二審的郵箱之后，首先找招商經(jīng)理確認(rèn)是否為二審?fù)ㄖＹu家最好自行申述兩次以上，并且每次提交材料前先和招商經(jīng)理進(jìn)行材料確認(rèn)，對于沒有招商經(jīng)理的朋友們只能自己正常提交了。

美國站二審所需材料如下（具體根據(jù)亞馬遜官方發(fā)送的文件為準(zhǔn)，這里只是列舉部分比較需要注意的環(huán)節(jié)）

A.與后臺對應(yīng)的有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照；

B.紙質(zhì)版或電子版地址賬單（選擇水電煤話網(wǎng)賬單任意一種）

主體要為公司或者法人；如果賬單主體為第三方，則需要提供相應(yīng)有效的證明文件（比如租賃合同）*賬單不是發(fā)票，帶發(fā)票字樣為抬頭的文件一律不予通過*不能使用信用卡賬單或者其他對賬單作為代替

*賬單需要是公共事業(yè)單位如國家電網(wǎng)出具的蓋章的，物業(yè)為主體開具的賬單不接受

*已創(chuàng)建Listing的賣家需要提供對應(yīng)增值稅發(fā)票

C.身份證正反面+手持身份證照

D.公司產(chǎn)品網(wǎng)站

在準(zhǔn)備好以上資料后，如果有對接的招商經(jīng)理，發(fā)給招商經(jīng)理進(jìn)行確認(rèn)，確認(rèn)材料無誤后，在后臺點(diǎn)擊申述按鈕進(jìn)行申訴。

如若申訴失敗，與招商經(jīng)理再次進(jìn)行溝通，準(zhǔn)備材料進(jìn)行第二次申訴，如若無申訴按鈕，或者無路徑提交申訴材料，可通過發(fā)送申訴郵件（模板可見文章底部）至seller-performance@amazon.com，并附上相關(guān)材料。

二次申訴仍然失敗的，可以將上述材料、注冊郵箱、第一次/第二次申述提交日期，被拒日期發(fā)送給招商經(jīng)理，尋求幫助。
