
今天我們來討論兩個(gè)主題,第一個(gè)是關(guān)于提取免費(fèi)的評價(jià)。
很多朋友來問我,有沒有什么“安全刷單渠道” 沒有100%的安全渠道,這個(gè)誰都不能保證,保證也是假的。
所以我覺得大家可以考慮從現(xiàn)有的訂單來邀請?jiān)u價(jià),因?yàn)榭蛻羰前踩J絹碣徺I我們的產(chǎn)品,這個(gè)操作基本上是 0 風(fēng)險(xiǎn),而且我們可以跟客戶溝通,可以提前發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品的問題,然后如果客戶有意向留差評可以直接跟他溝通,解決問題,然后溝通嘗試拿個(gè)好評。
我們有一個(gè)產(chǎn)品,本來每天有 10-20單左右,然后我們通過這個(gè)辦法基本上可以拿20-30%的好評,不說多,一個(gè)月30-50個(gè)評價(jià)可以,而且是免費(fèi),就是需要給客戶發(fā)站內(nèi)信息,客戶會(huì)覺得我們特別關(guān)心他,確實(shí)真的,但是我們的目標(biāo)的讓客戶給個(gè)好評,好的feedback 和判斷如果客戶想留個(gè)差評直接溝通。
確實(shí)我們拿到差評大部分的愿意是客戶對產(chǎn)品不滿意,然后很多客戶懶得發(fā)信息溝通,大部分要么退款,要么差評,所以我們已定需要給客戶發(fā)個(gè)信息,我們下面有三個(gè)模板,客戶購買的時(shí)候,收到貨的時(shí)候和10之后。這個(gè)流程比較自然。如果通過這三個(gè)郵件還不行我們也沒辦法,不能打擾客戶,但是我覺得大家可以嘗試一下,肯定優(yōu)惠一點(diǎn)效果。
最后個(gè)提醒,記得產(chǎn)品需要好,如果產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量一般我們會(huì)提醒客戶留個(gè)差評,本來客戶買了,不太好就算了,但是你還來要求給個(gè)好評。。。。。所以大家注意!
第二個(gè)事情是我們現(xiàn)在會(huì)開始講Facebook的運(yùn)營,因?yàn)閬嗰R遜現(xiàn)在競爭力越來越大,通過渠道就那幾個(gè),刷單,CPC,秒殺,等等,但是Facebook可以帶來很多好處,我們同時(shí)可以理解這個(gè)社交媒體品牌!
