第三期廣交會依然在進行中,周六也就結(jié)束了,不知道大家這次參展的效果如何?昨晚略看了一下毅冰老師的直播課,他講的也是和展會有關(guān)的內(nèi)容,稍微摘抄了一些客戶來展位時的交流英語,大家可以一起看看。

作為參展商,如果有客戶從攤位前經(jīng)過,主動招呼客戶是必要的,有時候公司參展人員多,還需要到人多的地方把客戶拉過來自己展位。

Hi there, welcome to our booth. How's going?
We are running a business for handcrafted gifts. would you like a brief overview of our latest items?

假如客戶說,他的名片已經(jīng)發(fā)完了,準(zhǔn)備走的時候,有以下的表達!
No worries! Here is my card just in case. You know where to find me.
That's alright! here is my card. Enjoy the rest of the fair, and if you ever want more info, just give me a shout.
Got it! well, here's my card anyway. if you ever want to chat more about our products, just email me or call me.
Understood. I will leave you with my card. Have a great day.
其實,這些展會英語適用于任何一場展會用來接待客戶,大家根據(jù)自己行業(yè)和產(chǎn)品做調(diào)整,靈活變動就行??蛻舻拿旧隙紩须娫?,郵箱,客戶公司名字和網(wǎng)址等,如果能跟客戶要到名片,對于后續(xù)的跟進是非常有意義的。
只是現(xiàn)在很多老外來到中國都會準(zhǔn)備一張國內(nèi)用的手機卡,所以就會有微信,其實我們在跟客戶聊的過程中,當(dāng)客戶一開始不肯給名片,不妨問他是否有微信或者WhatsApp。
當(dāng)客戶來到展位時,或者經(jīng)過展位時,可以主動說:
Hi brother/friend, nice day to you. would you mind come inside have a look? we have some coffee for you.
Hi friend, welcome to our booth, where are you from? we have prepared some coffee /candy for you, come and take a rest.
當(dāng)客戶進到展位后,談?wù)撘粫憔涂梢詥査?,如果他不肯給名片,就跟他要WhatsApp或者讓他手寫郵箱地址等。
May I have your name please? this is xxx, you can go through it. by the way, may I have your wechat or whatsapp please? it will more convinient for us to talk after this fair.
在展會上,我們也會遇到客戶主動給我們聯(lián)系方式的,上次在展會就有比較多的客戶經(jīng)過都會要求主動添加聯(lián)系方式,比如客戶會說:
you can add my wechat/ whatsapp, let's talk later/chat later.
像這些客戶,你就要趕緊聯(lián)系,最好能拍個照片發(fā)給他,加強他的記憶,后續(xù)跟進了之后再問他要郵箱等信息。
我們這個行業(yè),一般客戶來了,我們都會問他是否已經(jīng)確認(rèn)場地了?或者是項目打算自用還是投資,是準(zhǔn)備在哪里投資等這些問題。一般都是問清楚相關(guān)的需求,判定客戶是有投資意向的才會問客戶要聯(lián)系方式。
如果客戶只是經(jīng)過,對我們的項目根本沒有需求,你一通胡攪蠻纏只是浪費彼此的時間。因此每個人的產(chǎn)品和行業(yè)不同,大家也要學(xué)會應(yīng)對之法。
