今天有賣家在社群反映說Paypal被GBC凍結(jié)了，數(shù)萬美元十幾萬人民幣被扣！現(xiàn)申訴無門，不知該如何是好，想著今年一年的利潤都在里面了心理很不是滋味！我們來看看是怎么回事

下面是郵件內(nèi)容：

原來賣家在 2016年 的時(shí)候中了GBC一個(gè)案子，當(dāng)時(shí)ebay店鋪被GBC釣魚，paypal被凍結(jié)，賣家沒找律師和解，然后paypal的客戶經(jīng)理說ebay賬號(hào)可以換一個(gè)paypal繼續(xù)經(jīng)營，賣家聽從了，沒想到隔了2年GBC還是來了！以下是賣家2016年收到的凍結(jié)郵件，顯示是一個(gè)NBA的案子：（沒有貶低paypal客戶經(jīng)理的意思，2016的時(shí)候GBC還沒搞過2次凍結(jié)，大家都不懂）

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Thursday, September 1, 2016, at 12:00 p.m., Plaintiff, by its counsel, shall appear before the Honorable Judge James B. Zagel in Room 2503 at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, 219 South Dearborn Street, Chicago, Illinois, and then and there present Plaintiff’s Motion for Entry of a Preliminary Injunction. 再次強(qiáng)調(diào)：如果你的ebay店鋪被釣魚了，paypal被起訴然后ebay沒事的話，只有2種選擇：要么和解應(yīng)訴、要么放棄賬號(hào)，不能換paypal繼續(xù)經(jīng)營，GBC會(huì)在很長一段時(shí)間后（比如2年），你都忘了這個(gè)案子的時(shí)候，繼續(xù)釣魚你一個(gè)正常產(chǎn)品，然后凍結(jié)你新的Paypal，沒完沒了直到你和解或者放棄賬號(hào)！
